What you’ll do (and why you’ll love doing it)

You will be more than just an “analyst,” you're the leader of sales and analytical support for our Business Development, Field Management, and Account Management teams. You will be working at the forefront of our department, creating sales tools and support materials that tell compelling stories and make data-driven, convincing arguments. 

You’ll conduct market share, commission, sales production, and lead analyses to provide data that will guide stakeholders to informed decision making. You’ll become deeply knowledgeable about our unique industry and company making you someone that everyone looks forward to working with!

You’ll collaborate frequently with Business Development, Field Management, Account Management, Business Intelligence and Strategy teams to support our mission to pre arrange all families.  This means that you will easily build a network that contributes to completion of projects while providing the opportunity to learn in an environment that values kindness, progression and craftsmanship.

If you have these skills, we want to talk with you!

  • BA/BS in business, finance, economics, sales or other technical field preferred
  • Excellent presentation skills with experience presenting to executive teams
  • 1-3+ years experience with demonstrated ability to drive results and deliver on objectives
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Power Point, Access) and Google Workspace tools
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge
  • Experience with SQL, Snowflake, or Tableau a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce and other CRMs a plus
