What you’ll do (and why you’ll love doing it)

As a Mid-Atlantic Regional Manager, you will successfully manage Precoa’s  Proactive ModelTM within the territory of Washington DC., Baltimore, and Philadelphia. You’ll  lead and mentor a team of 10+ preneed insurance sales advisors and help them achieve targets while building and deepening relationships with our premier Funeral Home partners.

This is where your role transcends traditional insurance expertise, allowing you to mold the path of progress within a dynamic region!

You will lead consumer sales presentations in the local community and within our partnered funeral homes. You’ll grow your managerial skills through one on one training with sales advisors, ride-alongs and regional training on Precoa’s sales techniques. 

Precoa provides a dedicated team of over 50 agents generating leads and setting appointments, coupled with strategic marketing resources so you have a consistent stream of high-quality leads for your team. 

You can focus on what you do best -  managing a high-quality team, deepening premier partnerships and breaking sales records quarter after quarter!

Skills you may have to make you a success!

  • 2-5 years Insurance sales experience or sales management experience
  • Current Life Insurance License or ability to obtain one
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent professional experience preferred
  • Experience and interest in a high frequency of travel (90% of your time is in the field)
