What you’ll do (and why you’ll love doing it)

As a Junior Recruitment Marketing Associate, you play a vital role in supporting our recruiting teams as they connect with the highest number of qualified individuals through a wide variety of channels.

You'll grow your marketing abilities as you deploy engaging ads, custom landing pages for our digital recruiting efforts, captivating social media content, and email nurture campaigns for our ever-expanding talent pools.

You'll support our recruiters in making the most of our recruitment marketing technology, including our ATS, CRM, various job board sites, and even text messaging. You’ll continuously grow your recruiting tech knowledge while better understanding the entire recruiting process, priming you for advancement as your career grows.  

You’ll work closely with our recruitment marketing lead to continuously innovate our sourcing strategy, talent attraction avenues and content management tools, meaning no day will ever be the same!

If you have these skills, we want to talk with you!

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or 1-2 years’ relevant experience in a related field
• Experience with social media and digital marketing channels. Recruiting specific experience is a bonus!
• Strong project management and prioritization skills with the ability to thrive in fast-paced team and independent settings
• Ability to use and/or quickly learn a variety of programs including but not limited to: Applicant Tracking Systems ( Jobvite), CRM systems, Excel, Lookr, LinkedIn, Canva, Handshake and Google Drive
