What you’ll do (and why you’ll love doing it)

As a Selected Services Manager, you will focus on retaining current partnerships and you’ll develop and maintain relationships with new partners.  You will support our premier funeral home partners and Advanced Planners while flexing your creative muscles by customizing Precoa’s offerings to their needs. 

Experience the satisfaction of helping others achieve their sales targets through hiring, mentoring and training new agents in the field. You’ll also grow your managerial skills and hone your prospecting skills as you help sign up new premier partners. As a key player in a business unit set to increase exponentially over the next five years, the sky’s the limit to your ability to grow your career!

You’ll be part of a supportive and growing team of Selected Services Field Managers focused on celebrating our collaborative success in setting and breaking sales records quarter after quarter!

Skills you may have to make you a success!

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or other related discipline
  • Experience and interest in a high frequency of travel (50-75% of your time is in the field)
  • 5 or more  years of relevant experience - B2B prospecting and partnership development is a plus!
  • Experience in or understanding of preneed, funeral or insurance industry preferred
