What you’ll do (and why you’ll love doing it)
As a Training Manager at our largest key account in Southern California, you’ll travel within the region to implement one-of-a-kind training and onboarding for our agents. You’ll assist agents with product specifics, paperwork processes, and coverage nuances. Through tracking and reporting on KPIs of the program, you’ll see your impact as you maximize the growth and visibility of this already high performing account.
No day will ever be the same! With your ability to forge strong partnerships, you’ll develop robust relationships between our insurance carrier and partnered funeral homes as our primary liaison in the region.
You will grow your skills in cross-functional collaboration as you work with agents at all career-life cycles, Directors in Precoa Sales Management and several of our Premier Partners.

● Bachelor’s Degree preferred
● Bilingual / Fluency in English and Spanish preferred
● 3-5 years experience in a similar role with training capacity and project management
● Effective and engaging presenting and communication abilities
● Valid driver’s license and vehicle
