What you’ll do (and why you’ll love doing it)
As an Accounting Supervisor, you’ll supervise a dynamic team, providing support in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Travel and Entertainment. As a mentor to your team, you’ll foster upskill opportunities and offer backup support when needed ensuring a collaborative and positive daily work environment.
Your role will spearhead employee expense reporting and manage the corporate credit card program, allowing you to grow cross-functionally and quickly become everyone’s favorite person. You will also review and ensure the accuracy of Accounts Payable invoices, expense reimbursements, and supervise weekly check/ACH runs.
You will quickly grow your strategic financial management skill as you prepare monthly allocation general ledger entries, oversee fixed asset and capitalization processes, and conduct thorough reviews of AP and AR aging reports.
Your ability to take charge of annual 1099-MISC processing, prepare quarterly tax payments, and engage in special projects will add to your tax and compliance proficiency skill set as you make a strong impact on our financial success!

3+ years of experience in a similar role with supervisory experience required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Knowledge of GL accounting rules, regulations, policies and procedures
Advanced ability with Excel
Prior experience with an ERP system (Oracle) and expense reporting software (Concur)
Experience working well with others in a team setting, approaching challenges with positivity, humility and energy
