What you’ll do (and why you’ll love doing it)
As the Sales Enablement Project Manager, you'll coordinate the design, development and delivery of engaging and effective sales training programs. Working closely with Field Sales leadership, Marketing, and Operations, you’ll assist in delivering impactful sales training, incentives and skill development meetings, both in-person and remotely.
You’ll diversify your skillset exponentially as you manage multiple projects and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders offering you long-term career flexibility. We’re counting on you to support and execute on our strategic sales initiatives as we grow rapidly and accomplish ambitious goals!
Your strong project management skills coupled with experience in diverse content creation will ensure that you can successfully develop a library of sales enablement materials for our winning sales team to create maximum impact.
No day will be the same! You’ll travel to assist in important offsite meetings to shape the success of our sales team, sales leadership, and impact the overall growth of Precoa.

3-5 years’ experience in project management or coordination
Undergraduate degree
Technical competency with tools such as Microsoft Outlook, Zoom, Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Slides
