What you’ll do (and why you’ll love doing it)
   
As a Regional Sales Manager, Southern California, you will work closely with our largest partner to lead and mentor a team of 45-50 top-notch sales advisors. You’ll help them grow their sales excellence through weekly/monthly meetings and achieve company objectives through individual training and counseling.
  
Experience the satisfaction of realizing your impact as you track metrics and report data to leadership regularly. You’ll be primed to help others achieve their sales targets through your experience of setting sales goals, analyzing performance data and projecting future performance. And, with your excellent coaching skills, you’ll revel in your ability to meet and exceed annual sales targets in your region.
  
You’ll be a leader and member of a tight-knit team of four managers focused on celebrating our collaborative success in setting and breaking sales records quarter after quarter!

Skills you may have to make you a success!   
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent professional experience preferred   
  • 2-5 years of successful industry experience and 3+ years in a similar role with excellent sales track record   
  • B2C sales acumen   
  • Current life insurance license, or ability to obtain one   
  • Experience using CRM Salesforce to manage sales process and forecast sales
