As an Inside Sales (FPC) Region Manager with Precoa, you will lead a calling team of 5 to 7 reps focusing on our southern California territory. This includes working closely with one of our largest and most premier clients, Forest Lawn Mortuaries.
Youll support our inside sales team by managing workflows, providing daily operational support and coaching team members to achieve their best performance in order to hit regional monthly goals.

  • Strive for success: Take ownership of managing leads, cultivating a positive team atmosphere, and setting goals for your inside sales reps
  • Strengthen and grow our operations: Lead a winning team as you grow our team's overall efficiency by helping reps set a high volume of quality appointments, contributing directly to Precoas success
If you have these skills, we want to talk with you!
  • Precoa FPC experience is preferable
  • Demonstrate common sense, compassion, empathy and leadership qualities
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Ability to type notes effectively, experience with CRM systems a bonus!
  • Comfortability with PC operations, software and video conferencing
  • Ability to work during team operational hours (9AM - 7PM)
