What you’ll do (and why you’ll love doing it)

As a Project Manager at Precoa, you play a pivotal role within our internal consultancy team – a role where strategy, innovation, and impact converge.

Your day to day will never be the same as you work to achieve the following:

• Lead and Innovate: Drive progress on cross-functional projects that optimize processes, growing your ability to strategically think and understand our complex business model.

• Collaborate with Influence: Work closely with a variety of internal partners, including senior leadership while harnessing data and insights to drive business growth. You’ll grow your professional network quickly!

• Support and Prioritize: Assist on a diverse project portfolio, ensuring resources are wisely allocated and strategic goals are met while gaining maximum cross-functional experience.

• Navigate and Solve: Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to uncover areas for business growth and creatively solve problems, making you quickly everyone’s favorite co-worker and giving you opportunities to grow professionally.

• Communicate and Inspire: Articulate findings and strategize with multiple stakeholders, translating data into compelling stories that lead to action.

Skills you may have to make you a success!

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Two or more years of professional level experience in a similar role OR extraordinary academic performance with highly relevant professional experience
• Demonstrated experience in a role that includes monitoring, managing, manipulating and drawing insights from data
