What youll do (and why youll love doing it)

As a Project Coordinator, youre integral to the success of Partnership Development day-to-day operations and the primary support for the Associate Director of Partnership Development.

Your day to day will never be the same (or boring!). Youre the pivotal coordinator responsible for supporting the coordination, management, and successful delivery of projects that enable Precoas field teams.

Youll coordinate calendars, travel, project schedules, resources and information while maintaining detailed project records, providing updates, and proactively identifying and addressing barriers to success, ensuring that you are in the know at all times.

Youll collaborate frequently with Field Business Development, Field Management, and Field Leadership to support our mission to prearrange all families. This means that you will easily build a network that contributes to completion of projects while making an impact in an environment that values kindness, progression and craftsmanship.

Skills you may have to make you a success!

  • Undergraduate degree preferred (BA/BS in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field preferred)
  • 3-5 years relevant work experience in project management, event coordinator, operations or a similar role
  • Certification in project management (e.g.: PMP, CAPM) is a bonus!
  • Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and project management software experience (Asana, Trello) with the ability and interest to master programs quickly
  • Willingness to learn and solve problems independently, make informed decisions, and take initiative to achieve goals without constant oversight
  • Experience in coordinating meetings and events, including venue selection and contract negotiation preferred
