What you’ll do (and why you’ll love doing it)
As the Inside Sales Operations Assistant, you will be a primary support member for our inside sales team, also known as the FPC. Our mission is to follow up on leads generated by Precoa and to support our field sales team.
This role is multifaceted and includes working directly with our region managers. You will be the go-to individual for working with our CRM to gather team data, pull call recordings to provide coaching and feedback and organize weekly/monthly data for performance analysis. You will also interact with our inside sales team and assist with CRM and timecard-related support.
