What you’ll do (and why you’ll love doing it)

 

As a Regional Sales Manager in the Chicago market, you will lead and mentor a large team of top sales performers. You’ll help them achieve excellence while building relationships with Precoa Field Management and our premier partners in the region.

 

Experience the satisfaction of leading weekly and monthly meetings with sales team and leadership which will help you achieve company objectives. You’ll be primed to help others achieve their sales targets through your ability to motivate, counsel and educate using your vast knowledge of sales tactics and product knowledge.

 

You’ll develop your managerial skills as you track metrics and report data to leadership on a regular basis. And, you’ll enjoy leading alongside a team of managers focused on celebrating our collaborative success in setting and breaking sales records quarter after quarter!

Skills you may have to make you a success!

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent professional experience preferred
  • 3+ years in a sales or sales management role
  • Experience and interest in a high frequency of travel (90% of your time is in the field)
  • Experience using CRM Salesforce to manage the sales process and forecast sales
  • Current life insurance license, or ability to attain one
