What you’ll do (and why you’ll love doing it!)

 

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will execute policy and process standards, lead collection efforts, analyze reporting, and continuously review current processes for improvement.

 

You’ll grow your accounts receivable experience rapidly as you accurately record all day-to-day financial transactions related to the accounts receivable subledger. You’ll manage revenue, credit memos, cash receipts, remote deposits and petty cash, along with ACH and check payment processing.

 

Because you’ll communicate closely with account managers, project managers, direct clients of Precoa, and our partners, you’ll quickly gain a strong network of collaborative and friendly team members who value kindness, progression and craftsmanship.

 

Your role is crucial to maintaining the financial health of our rapidly growing organization and ensuring seamless revenue operations!

Skills you may have to make you a success!

  • 3 years minimum experience in accounts receivable and 1-2 years in account/general ledger reconciliation
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups, if/and/or statements)
  • Experience in a complex organization requiring sound judgment, diplomacy and strong critical thinking skills
  • Associate’s degree in accounting, finance or related discipline is a bonus!
