The Difference You’ll Make Each Day
As the Family Service Manager, you will lead and mentor our Family Service Advisors, helping them grow professionally while ensuring we deliver exceptional service that reflects our commitment to families.
You’ll work closely with the Vice President of Sales and other managers across all Spring Grove locations, contributing to our shared mission of serving families with excellence.
You’ll play a key role in upholding our legacy and educating the community about the significance of pre-arrangements and memorialization.
Experience You’ll Build While Serving
- Leadership & Development: Mentor Family Service Advisors and ensure adherence to the highest service standards across all Spring Grove locations, while promoting their professional growth.
- Operational Excellence: Manage daily operations, including overseeing staff, ensuring smooth coordination between departments, and resolving any family service concerns with integrity and respect.
- Collaboration & Strategy: Work together with Sales Managers to meet preneed funeral and cemetery budgetary requirements, always keeping in mind the long-term sustainability and heritage of Spring Grove.
- Compassionate Service: Handle sensitive family interactions with care, professionalism, and empathy, ensuring that every family receives the utmost attention during their time of need.
What We Offer
We offer competitive compensation & benefits: Including medical, dental, vision, company-paid life insurance, and a 401k with company match. The estimated annual salary is $85,000/year plus incentives.

Required Education, Knowledge and Skills
- Cemetery experience required
- Must have an Active Ohio Life Insurance License
- Proven Managerial Experience and Leadership
- Associate’s degree or Higher preferred
- Cemetery and Memorialization experience preferred.
- Proven Individual Sales Performance and service records of achievements.
- Displays a “Customer First” attitude.
