What you’ll do (and why you’ll love doing it)

As Operations Coordinator, you will be the primary support for our Account Management team and internal departments, focused on lead generation prototyping and implementation.

 

This multifaceted role includes creating and managing marketing materials that grow our premier partner’s customer base. Every day brings fresh challenges and opportunities to grow your marketing and coordinating skills while seeing the results of your work in action.

 

Familiarity with report services and strong prioritization and time management skills will enable you to oversee lead processes and maintain our growing Salesforce CRM system. Staying up-to-date on the latest tech platforms will enhance your professional growth now and into the future!

Skills you may have to make you a success!

  • 1-2 years’ work experience in administrative/customer service-related fields or undergraduate degree
  • Advanced proficiency in typing (75 wpm)
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Drive, Zoom, Adobe Suite, Canva and CRM systems
  • Familiar with report servers (SSRS, Tableau)
